PhysxVisualDebugger not rendering
-
Greetings,
I am having some issues getting the most recent visual debugger rendering with physx 3.1.1. This occurs even with the samples. It connects fine, and I can see the contents of the scene in the object viewer, but the renderer is blank (no ground plane, nothing).
I remember it working a couple versions ago, but only the most recent version is available.
I am using a radeon 5770 under windows 7 x64.
Is there a workaround, or a previous version of PVD available somewhere?
Thanks,
Budai

I am posting a new version of PVD, NVIDIA_PhysXVisualDebugger_2.0000.1809.0181.msi, it is uploading now. Please let me know if that fixes the problem.
Thanks,
Mike -
Unfortunately, this did not solve my issue. There is no output to debug renderer, but I can see all the contents of the SDK in the "all objects" window.
Thank you for your attention. -
I received a GTX 560 Ti for Christmas. Swapping in this card still did not solve the issue. I tried all three versions I could get my hands on, manually removed all leftover files, cleaned the registry, and still no luck.
I am about to attempt an OS reinstall to see if that fixes it. My colleague has an 8800 with WinXP x64 and he has no issues. -
Installing Windows to a separate partition fixed the issue. This indicates to me that there is some holdover from a previous install (when I had the ATI card installed) that is not being removed.
Are there instructions anywhere to completely uninstall PVD, so that a new install can function correctly?
