Fx Composer cant't work....

    Hi everyone. I downloaded FXComposer 2.51 and wished to use it to debug shader programs. However, FxComposer just can't work! Whenever I double click the icon, the logo would show up and nothing just happen then. The CPU utilization of FxComposer process in the background is surprisingly high. But it seems that it will stay in that state forever and drive me crazy T_T. Look at that picture in the attached file.
    I have a Lenovo laptop(Y-550) and a HP workstation(xw4600), they both occur the same problem. And both of them run Windows7, already have the latest graphic driver and FxComposer 1.8 works very well on them.
    Does anyone have the same problem? Anybody know how to solve it? Thanks a lot!

    Hi inazhang,

    The only thing I can think of is an internationalization issue; since you look to be running a Chinese variant of windows. But I guess it could be a hardware problem - which GPU do you have in the machines?

    I have a GeForce GTS 450 GPU in my workstation and a Geforce GT 240M GPU in my laptop.

    Is it possible that I failed to install python correctly, which lead to the disability of Fx Composer?

    I finally solved this problem!

    First, install python 2.4.4
    Second, install FxComposer2.5 without any attached components.
    Third, make sure the install path have no blank.

    That's it.
