08_video_dec_drm, setup window offset

We can not get any video following cmd if we config the window offset except “0”,
Do we miss any setting?
./video_dec_drm …/…/data/Video/sample_outdoor_car_1080p_10fps.h264 H264 -wx 1920 -wy 1080
but
/video_dec_drm …/…/data/Video/sample_outdoor_car_1080p_10fps.h264 H264 -wx 0 -wy 0,

For information, do you use Jetpack 5.1.1 or 5.1.2?
