1060 Falling Of the Bus under heavy mining load

I’ve been having issues keeping my cards stable after experimenting with overclocking. One or two cards will drop all their load and will go into powertune level 8, not being usable for mining anymore. Then, I’ve recently had two (the same cards each time) completely drop wattage, hashes, temp, everything. I’ve attached the nvidia log after these cards crashed. Both cards give the same message in the syslog of “GPU has fallen off the bus”, a restart used to solve this problem but it seems more persistent now.

I have 4 cards on a 850w power supply w/ the mobo and the other 5 on another 850 psu. Power distribution should not be an issue… The cards are on pci-e risers however, but they seem to be working from a cursory glance.
