141e0000.pcie fail on JP6 Orin64G

Our Orin customized carrier board uses config #2 for more PCIe slots.
Our modification works on L4T 35.4.1 for both Orin 32G(0004) and Orin 64G(0005).
But when I upgrade our patch to L4T 36.3, one of our PCIe slot can’t detect PCIe device with Orin 64G module. The slot works when module is Orin32G.
I compare the pci key word in both dmesg of 32G and 64G, the 141e0000.pcie seems not works correctly. Please help to analyze it , thanks.

Please check the pinmux and related PCIe files. We don’t really want to check the whole files which contain lots of unrelated things there.
