2 Channel CAN BUS FD(MCP2518FD) on Jetson Nano EMMC version

I have successfully installed the 2-channel can bus FD (mcp2518fd) driver on the Jetson Nano developer kit version ，Refer to this：2 Channel CAN BUS FD Shield for Raspberry Pi - Seeed Wiki
But when I moved to Jetson nano EMMC version , I encountered a problem：
When I execute ：sudo /opt/nvidia/jetson-io/config-by-hardware.py -n "Seeed 2xMCP2518FD"command, I get the result:

When I executesudo sudo /opt/nvidia/jetson-io/jetson-io.py，There is no “configuring the 40 pin expansion header” option here，like this：https://forums.developer.nvidia.com/t/the-jetson-nano-does-not-have-40pin-header-python-driver/210556。

Here’s a message: Jetson-IO doesn’t support eMMC version！
Therefore, can’t we use Jetson IO to install 2-channel can bus FD (mcp2518fd) driver on Jetson nano EMMC version? Or does anyone have any other suggestions?
