We’ve inspected the RTC circuitry and the coin battery, and everything seems to be in order. Currently, only one device is experiencing this issue.
Could anyone suggest any debugging steps or potential solutions to resolve this problem?

What’s do you mean one device? One Nano have problem?

Not sure is caused by SOM/custom board. Currently only saw one system (board+only one Orin Nano 8G) have this issue. We will attempt to swap the SOM/board to clarify which caused.
BTW, I don’t see the problem on devkit.

Is the RTC device located on the SOM or on the carrier board?
It’s on the SOM.
