Dual monitors were connected (LG FLATRON model E2411TX, and DELL Flat Panel Monitor 3008WFPt). Screen captures were performed by calling XShmGetImage at glXGetVideoSyncSGI.
Previously used driver 346.47 and the the captured images were glitch free.
Following an earlier topic (Occasional solid color flashing/flickering with GTX970 on 384.47 - Linux - NVIDIA Developer Forums), tried versions 384.59 and 384.98, they also had random the black stripes problem.
