This page is giving error 404, can somebody help this? or how to install pytorch for jetpack4.6.1

This looks to be related to an outage that we are having with our CDN. Unfortunately, we don’t have an ETA for when this will be fixed. I will post back here when we have resolved the problem.

the file does exist there, but always give error 404.

All others file links from the page https://developer.download.nvidia.com/compute/redist/jp works but only this link gives error 404.
