Running Ubuntu 20_04, GeForce RTX 2080 SUPER Mobile. and 460.67 drivers. Ever since this update was installed I am getting choppy video and very low frame rates in Skyrim (in fact it just isnt playable). I did try to disable vsync but its defiant and I am unable to do so. Any ideas ideas on a fix?

Please try setting kernel parameter
nvidia-drm.modeset=1
If that doesn’t help, run nvidia-bug-report.sh as root and attach the resulting nvidia-bug-report.log.gz file to your post.
