4TB NVMe SSD will disapear on Jetson Orin NXo

We encountered a problem with an Jetson Orin NX device that is deployd at the moment, on the 13th the internal ssd of the device appears to have unmounted or disconnected.
For example when we ran lsblk, the ssd was not visible

3 days later the ssd became visible again and can be written to and accessed like normal.

This problem seems to occur randomly.
We cannot reproduce this problem perfectly, but this problem has occurred many times and we need to fix this error.

Here is my enviroment:
SOM : Jetson Orin NX
Jetpack version : Jetpack 5.1.1
NVMe SSD : TS4TMTE720T

Are you using the devkit or custom board for Orin NX?

Are you using NVMe SSD as rootfs or external storage only?

Have you verified with the latest JP5.1.4(R35.6.0)?
Or used other NVMe SSD to clarity if the issue is specific to this NVMe SSD?
