[575.64] KDE Plasma - fit-content panel sometimes does not shrink in width when an Icons-only task manager icon is removed

When an icon is removed from KDE Plasma’s Icon Only Task-Manager within a fit-content panel, the panel does not properly shrink in width, instead leaving behind a blurred area where the icon was previously located and “squeezing” the rest of the task manager to the left as can be seen in this video: https://bugsfiles.kde.org/attachment.cgi?id=181530
This issue seems to have first appeared in the 6.4 beta of Plasma.

I’ve previously reported this issue on the KDE bugtracker here (504536 – Fit-content panel sometimes does not shrink in width when an Icons-only task manager icon icon is removed) where more details can be found, but it seems to only occur with the NVIDIA driver, which is why I am reporting it here.
