The nvidia_icd.json file located in "usr/share/vulkan/icd.d has a typo.
Change “1.4.312” to “1.4.321” save and restart it should resolve any vulkan problems.
This fixed my low gpu usage in The Last of Us and doubled the FPS. I am now getting around ~100 FPS and 95% usage.
