595.71.05: Screen freezes on Linux (Wayland)

Since yesterday, with driver version 595.71.05, I experience random screen freezes. In fact, not even the keyboard seems to do anything (or I don’t see it).

I also attached the output of journalctl -b -1 in which it was stated that I should report the issue here.

The first log line that seems to have something to do with the Nvidia driver is at

I had to go back to the nouveau driver now, as this would happen anytime from a few minutes into one session and the only remedy was to cut the power and reboot.
