I’ve had a bug in your linux driver for several years: After watching a good amount of videos using a chromium-based browser, for example during doom-scrolling X or youtube shorts, at some point (sometimes in less than 2 hours) green video-sized frames start showing up, roughly amounting to 30-50% of frames shown. Restarting the browser helps for a short time, but at some point the system freezes, causing crashdumps (for several applications, including KDE itself). This requires a hard reboot in the end.
The problem was gone for the past few months, I achieved weeks of uptime. Until my last update some days ago.
Good driver: 595.80 (currently running, no issues)
Broken driver: 595.84
GPU: 2060 Super (8Gb)
OS: NixOS unstable
DM: Plasma 6 on wayland
Browser: Vivaldi 8.1.4087.48
