800x480 Display in UEFI stage

Hi Nvidia:
We are designing a new custom board for Jetson Thor. In the design, a front panel will be placed and the resolution will be 800x480. However, in AGX Orin, such resolution is supported only in OS stage, not in UEFI stage, as the topic described before:

Hi Nvidia: We’re working on AGX Orin 64GB + Custom board + 800x480 display resolution HDMI on UEFI combo “uefi-202409.1”, which is based on Jetpack 6.0. AGX Orin Devkit + MST Board to HDMI can also reproduce the issue. The issue happens during UEFI boot: [image] As you can see, it should display infos like Press ESC to enter setup, but just display broken frames. We were trying to find the root cause, and see if we can fix it in UEFI stage. But so far, we can’t find anything useful in UEF…

We’re wondering if this resolution is supported in Jetpack 7 or not?

The minimal resolution supports in UEFI is only 800x 600.
