+86 phone numbers cannot receive NVIDIA NIM verification codes

I was performing phone number verification on the build.nvidia.com platform. The page was able to send the OTP verification code normally, and it successfully jumped to the verification code input screen. However, my phone never received the international SMS.

I have checked the harassment interception settings in iManager on my phone, but could not find the verification code SMS. I believe it was blocked by the carrier gateway, and the international SMS cannot be delivered to my phone.

I hope the administrator can help manually review my account and bypass SMS to complete phone number verification, so that I can normally obtain the API key and use NIM-related capabilities.

It may be that too many previous attempts triggered a restriction. I request that the administrator help manually verify my phone number, or add my account to the whitelist.

I really need this API for personal development. Sorry for the trouble, and thank you!
