I have solve it,
It is worth mentioning that nvinfer nvvidconv nvyolo has batch-size operation,
and nvstreammux accept nv12 format from nvdec_h264,
it’s recommanded that nvdec_h264->nvstreammux->nvyolo->nvmultistreamtiler connected

I think nvstreammux supports nv12 input.
