A Network system in Connected Car using Jetson Nano

We’re going to use Jetson Nano to go ahead with the Platooning project.
The car in the lead is self-driving.
The car in the back is trying to follow the information from the front car.
I want to ask you the problem of establishing a network system in this situation.

When we connect two cars, would it be effective to have one server computer or should we use only two cars based on Jetson Nano’s computational ability?
