A self -designed carrier for the xavier can not work ?

Here ,I encountered a problem as follows:
Firstly,under the condition of 12V power supply, we can see a jumping process of current from 0.90 ampere to 2.16 ampere.
But now，the board current consumption is stable at 0.88A，there is no current jumping process.

The SYS_RESET_N signal is high now and all voltages are in a reasonable range.

I wonder what elements may result in this ?

Hi, is the module good? Did you test module + devkit carrier board to confirm that? Do you have any log info which can help you locate issue? If the module has no problem, it looks like something on your board broken, you need to find it out.

you can test and check carrier_power_on signal, maybe this signal result in that your carrier board was not powered.

My board now start up normally ,Thanks for your advice！
one more question ,my USB[3:0] can not recognize the usb devices all. There are some difference between my self-designed board and the demo board. I connect the VBUS/D-/D+/GND to the Xavier directly,my question is that ：
if there is some GPIO take in charge of the USB initialization？

Can you show your design with a picture? If you follow the OEM DG well, it should be no problem.
