In the TensorRT 8.5.3 release notes (Release Notes :: NVIDIA Deep Learning TensorRT Documentation), the following 2 statements are contradictory.

I think the first statement may be corrent because it is consistent with TensorRT 8.5.1 / 8.5.2 release notes.
