[AARCH64] Setting up NVIDIA card, RmInitAdapter failed

Hello,
Recently I’ve encountered a problem with setting up NVIDIA graphics card on board with aarch64 CPU (LX2160A RDB). It seems that there is a problem with gpu firmware, logs from the kernel are below:

[ 24.454673] NVRM: GPU 0001:01:00.0: RmInitAdapter failed! (0x31:0xffff:2449)
[ 24.454796] NVRM: GPU 0001:01:00.0: rm_init_adapter failed, device minor number 0
[ 24.578808] NVRM: GPU 0001:01:00.0: RmInitAdapter failed! (0x31:0xffff:2449)
[ 24.578924] NVRM: GPU 0001:01:00.0: rm_init_adapter failed, device minor number 0
[ 24.757030] NVRM: failed to unregister from the ACPI subsystem!
[ 1422.269286] NVRM: failed to register with the ACPI subsystem!

nvidia-smi gives no devices found output, the card is being detected on pci:

0001:01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: NVIDIA Corporation GP108 [GeForce GT 1030] (rev a1)
0001:01:00.1 Audio device: NVIDIA Corporation GP108 High Definition Audio Controller (rev a1)

I have ubuntu like distribution and I’ve installed kernel drivers from the official website from production branch (495.29.05). I’ve also tried newer and older drivers but output was the same. My card is GeForce GT 1030 and I connected it to PCIe slot on the board with 1x - 16x PCIe riser and lower PCIe standard to 1.0 (2.5 GT/s). The riser is fully functional, I managed to run the card on x86_64 PC with this riser.

I attach a nvidia-bug-report.log.gz file.
I will be grateful for any advice!
