During batch usage, it was found that one of the modules has a problem with network connection. Please help analyze the cause.

1. Abnormal Nano Module Information

2. Description of Network Connection Abnormality Problem
2.1 After the abnormal Nano module is burned with the system, it cannot automatically obtain an IP address.

2.2 Manual setting method 1, as shown in the following figure, eth0 still has no IP address.

2.3 Manual setting method 2, as shown in the following figure, eth0 has an IP address, but it cannot be pinged remotely.

2.4 In the same test environment, the network connection of the good GPU module is normal. The only difference is the GPU module.
Test environment:
Laptop + monitor + network cable + official carrier board

For problem module, please do the RMA, see Jetson FAQ | NVIDIA Developer

The same nano module works fine on another official carrier board. Are there any batch or version differences between the official carrier boards? Could you please analyze the cause?

No idea what cause the problem, and suppose no different version of carrier board.

So, what should I do with this part now? Should I apply for an RMA?

So it’s not module problem, but a carrier board issue?

May do the cross test to confirm which one is failed.

The same carrier board and the same software environment, only the module was replaced. Another one was tested normally.

So far, only one module has been found to have this problem during the batch usage.

Then please RMA that problem module.
