We are preparing for the release, which supports hardware decoding. Due to the virus pandemic, it may take longer time in development. Please realize this.

2. Please tell me how to factory reset on jetson nano.

Factory reset is not supported. You would need to enter recovery mode and do clean re-flash through SDKManager.
