I have tested , as next command,
mkdir hanwha
tar xpf ./Jetson_linux_r36.3.0_aarch64.tbz2 -C hanwha/
cd hanwha/Linux_for_Tegra/
cd rootfs/
sudo tar xpf …/…/…/Tegra_Linux_Sample-Root-Filesystem_R36.3.0_aarch64.tbz2
cd …/
sudo ./apply_binaries.sh
when i use next command:
sudo BOARDID=3767 FAB=300 BOARDSKU=0001 BOARDREV=N.2 ADDITIONAL_DTB_OVERLAY_OPT=BootOrderNvme.dtbo ./tools/kernel_flash/l4t_initrd_flash.sh --no-flash --massflash 10 --external-device nvme0n1 -c tools/kernel_flash/flash_l4t_external.xml -p “-c bootloader/generic/cfg/flash_t234_qspi.xml” --showlogs --network usb0 ai_box nvme0n1p1
the problem is
cp: cannot stat ‘signed/*’:No such file or directory
cp: cannot stat ‘signed/flash.xml.tmp’:No such file or directory
***no-flash flag enable.Exiting now…
this problem is occurred sometimes (but only happened first time installation)
first time, when i build,
do my server and Nvidia Server communicate?
yeseterday compile error is occurred
today compile error is not occurredm, now is good.
please attach full error log.
When running apply_binaries.sh, system will chroot and use apt command to install package.
i uploaded it.
sometimes error !.. i think when i first build only, it happend (in Korea)
but It happend always in America.
after compile is done, this problem is never occurred.
./bootloader/tegraparser_v2 file
When we install first-time, I think this binary file communicate to Nvidia Server.
If communication is OK, Compile is OK
If communication is NG, Compile is NG
But if compiling is done at least once, compiling is everytime OK.
please attach your full log as text file. Such screenshot has poor quality when checking.
now it is not reproduced now in my server … sorry about it.
When we install first-time, I think this binary file communicate to Nvidia Server??
using ./bootloader/tegraparser_v2 file
when i do command “./apply_binaries.sh”
it is always done (i think success)
`25/2/20 PM04:00 yesterday i execute “./apply_binaries.sh”
but
when i do command
sudo BOARDID=3767 FAB=300 BOARDSKU=0001 BOARDREV=N.2 ADDITIONAL_DTB_OVERLAY_OPT=BootOrderNvme.dtbo ./tools/kernel_flash/l4t_initrd_flash.sh --no-flash --massflash 10 --external-device nvme0n1 -c tools/kernel_flash/flash_l4t_external.xml -p “-c bootloader/generic/cfg/flash_t234_qspi.xml” --showlogs --network usb0 ai_box nvme0n1p1
the result is compile err.
`25/2/21 PM04:00
i just do same command
compiling is OK.
./bootloader/tegraparser_v2
This won’t communicate with NVIDIA server. Only apply_binaries.sh would use apt-get to install files.
Please just report issue if you could find out a method that can 100% reproduce it.

Hi @songho.lee
There are some points to clarify here
Could you “attach” your log as a file but not just copy and paste? Your comment is hard to read because the format totally messed up.
Is this a custom board made by yourself or it is from 3rdparty vendor?
Why not just do a full flash first? It sounds like you just keep using no-flash command.
What does that mean “for Arm64”? All of the tool provided by sdkmanager is for amd64 to run…
Sorry to say that but your English comment is hard to read too. Maybe you could just put your comment in Korean and I can translate that by myself.

Is this a custom board made by yourself or it is from 3rdparty vendor?
answer) this problem is occurred on server (not board)
it is occurred sometimes by my server (in Korea)
it is always occurred by customer server ( in Ameria)
이문제는 보드에서 일어나는게 아니고, 컴파일하는 서버에서 발생한다.
한국에 내서버는 잘 발생하지 않고,
미국의 고객의 서버에서는 항상 발생한다.
Why not just do a full flash first? It sounds like you just keep using no-flash command.
answer) yeap it is no directly flash command using server usb
그렇다 이코맨드는 다이렉트로 서버에서 다운로드 하는 flash 코맨드가 아니다.

Sorry to say that but your English comment is hard to read too. Maybe you could just put your comment in Korean and I can translate that by myself.

Hi,
Could you try to use amd64 version and see if you can still reproduce this issue?
Actually this tool is not public so we may not discuss it here.

question3) What does “signed/flash.idx is not found” mean?
"signed/flash.idx is not found"는 정확히 무엇을 의미하는가?
Hi,
It is actually not needed to explain. Based on previous experience, even knowing the meaning of “return value 4” won’t help your issue.
Also, your problem is just in the beginning of this error.
[ 0.0506 ] Invalid partition type pva_fw
The rest of part are just the result from it. You don’t need to dig into why flash.idx is not there. Previous error already led to that result.
Please discuss your problem in the offline mail. It is not something that should be discussed in this forum.
