about mod files

Dear Sir,
Fortran has many functions integrated in some mod files, for example, etime and dtime are involved in dfport.mod. but after we installed the PGI fortran Linux version, we found there are less mod files than PGI fortran in Windows. How to fix it?
Please kindly advise me.

Hi Sisiy,

The “DFPORT” module are only supported on Windows since they provide UNIX like support for Windows. Please see Chapter 7 of the PGI Compiler Reference Manual (http://www.pgroup.com/doc/pgiref.pdf).
