How did you get the RAS FHI error? Any test running on device?
Which JetPack version you’re using?
Issue happened on devkit or your custom carrier board?

my custom board sometimes suddenly got reboot, and attached file is /sys/fs/pstore/dmesg-ramoops-0

Jetpack version is: Jetpack 4.4.

JetPack version 4.4 is a bit old.
Also this is on your custom board, can you reproduce it at newer version, such as JetPack 4.6?
