HELLO! Since the TX2 space is limited, can I install visual libraries such as OpenCV and Tensorflow on an external SD card ? If not, what type of software can be installed on an external SD card or SSD ?

You can install it on the external SD card or SSD but it may have some performance degraded from disk accessing.
