About the performance bottleneck of QM8790 switcher

I have the same CX6 infiniband card installed on both nodes.

When I directly connect two nodes with EDR cable, the read and write performance is 97Gb/Sec, MsgRate[Mpps] is 0.183.

But when I use QM8790 switch to connect two nodes, the read and write performance drops to 65.99Gb/Sec, MsgRate [Mpps] is 0.125.

Who can help me please?
