About the timestamp of video encoder

Hello,

i try Comment #4 :

That’s work well on L2T 24.2.3 ( last TX1 R24 release ).

head -n 1 /etc/nv_tegra_release
# R24 (release), REVISION: 2.3, GCID: 11066478, BOARD: t210ref, EABI: aarch64, DATE: Wed May 2 18:44:55 UTC 2018

But, not on L2T 24.2.1 : i have always a failed timestamp :

head -n 1 /etc/nv_tegra_release
# R24 (release), REVISION: 2.1, GCID: 8028265, BOARD: t210ref, EABI: aarch64, DATE: Thu Nov 10 03:51:59 UTC 2016
[8]dqB timestamp [776s0us]

May be I forgot somethings ?

It is an issue on r24.2.1. Are you able to run r24.2.3?

that’s a problem … Did’nt run on r24.2.1 … :/

can i copy libtegrav4l2.so from 24.2.3 on r24.2.1 ? wich depends : kernel , dts … ?

yes, that’s run on r24.2.3 (TX1), with few fix.

Timestamp was good , and fix h264 encoder like fps_n x 10 and bitrate x 10 for customs FPS and BitRate.

A chance for me , i used only 2xUSB2 connections for this project and r24.2.3 work on J120, without Auvidea Patch. ( this project didn’t used another device port)

Good news … Next project : J120 + TX2 + USB3 !!!

and i waiting august for a Xavier Developer Kit ;)
