For some of TX1’s reserved pins such as carrier_pwr and can1_stby, where can we see the method change their status to pull-high and output, or can we do this?

For the carrier_pwr_on(A48) pin, I did not see its TX1 signal in related datasheets such as OEM. Can this pin be controlled by software?
