About usb, usb hub chipset

On xavier nx developer board, this chipset located at bottom of PCB.

Is it designed for heat dissipation? Did you try to improve it on the nx board?

When testing on our board reconstructed with the same blueprint as the Jetson Nano Carrier Board
When I did the aging test for 3 days, the phenomenon that the usb was not properly recognized occurred.

It is usb hub chip, similar position on NX carrier board. Do you mean it will be hot and cause usb failure during your aging test? Do you have the detail data of the test? What’s the temperature of usb hub when failure happen? What’s the failure info printed out, etc.?
