About Xavier_IBIS_Models AMI file compatibility problem

We have discovered that the AMI cannot be used in sigrity topxp when it is mounted in sigrity simulation toplogy. the simulation result is empty.
but i remove the AMI model in simulation toplogy, it’s can produce the time domain result.

We suspect that there might be a compatibility problem with the AMI models (for Ansys/ADS/Sigrity).

Does anyone have the same situation??

TX ibis and AMI model file:
t194_uphytx.ami
t194_uphytx.ibs
t194_uphytx_WIN64.dll

RX ibis file:
t194_pcie_rx.ibs

Hi, we did not recieve such report before. The .ami and .ibs files can be opened with text app. You can check the content of these files directly.

Thank you for your reply.
So if I understand correctly, can the ibis and AMI models related to Nvidia t194 be applied to simulation tools such as Sigrity/ADS/Ansys?

We provide names of some SI tools in the SI App Note in Simulation Environment chapter. HSpice, ADS, Ansoft Designer, HyperLynx etc…
https://developer.nvidia.com/downloads/jetson-agx-orin-da-11107-001v11

Both are in the .zip package that is attached in this .pdf of App Note.

Thanks, learned it.

Hi, I have another question.
Regarding the “TX” part defined as “PCIe Simulation and Validation” in the file, does this refer to the transmission position sent by the chip or has it passed through the transmission trace on the board to reach the end?

If you looked into the files, you will find it is to the module connector pins.
