I purchased the Academy Self-Paced All Access Pass on 4/13 and was having a good experience accessing an InfiniBand class until 4/18 when I accessed the site from another location / computer, when it showed my pass status as being inactive. Since then I have returned to my original computer and still show my pass status as inactive. I have tried deleting cookies, using incognito, on three different browsers but all show my pass status in the inactive state. Does anyone have any advise they can share on what might be the issue? I just signed up for the all-access pass. It’s showing inactive on my account. I was sent a coupon code. Does that need to be be entered somewhere in my profile to activate the pass? I haven’t seen any instructions to that effect.
If not, then I’m probably experiencing the same issue here. I opened a ticket.
