Hello,

I would like to understand if there are any tools available to monitor the ISP utilization and ISP bandwidth measurement or video encoder/decoder utilization during running some applications?

For example: If I am running a driveworks camera sample I would like to understand the ISP utilization metrics.

Tegrastats does not show the ISP, encoder, decoder utilization.
For ISP bandwidth , please see if Bandwidth Computation | NVIDIA Docs helps.

Regarding encoding and decoding, please share your use case details for evaluation and check the feasibility.
