We are evaluating Omniverse and Isaac Sim for a robotics project at Sherpa Digital Agency.
Unfortunately, access to the NVIDIA Licensing Portal has been lost after the owner account (pleun.roodnat@sherpadigital.nl) was mistakenly removed from the licensing environment. This results in the following error:
“You are not authorized to access this system. Please contact your manager for the correct group membership.”
We are still listed as owner in the NVIDIA Cloud Account portal, but unable to manage licenses or entitlement.
Can someone from the NVIDIA team help us restore access or guide us on how to fully reset the licensing environment?
Thank you in advance!

You should contact your Nvidia point person that set you up with the License trial, but you do not need a license to try Omniverse, so it is confusing. All of Omniverse is totally free and open access, unless you need Enterprise level features, which you do not just to evaluate.
If you have the Launcher installed, just open Launcher and start Isaac Sim. If you have download Isaac Sim directly, just start it as normal. Neither checks for a license.
Are you sure you are asking this in the right forum? This is for OMNIVERSE only.
