Accessing DGX OS Images for DGX Spark (Account Registration & Version Downgrade Issues)

Hello,

I am currently using a DGX Spark system that is running Ubuntu 24.04 (aarch64).

I need to install ARC-OTA using SDK Manager, which appears to require Ubuntu 22.04 or DGX OS 6. I attempted to install a vanilla Ubuntu 22.04 ARM64 ISO, but the system does not boot properly, suggesting that DGX-specific kernel components may be required.

Therefore, I am trying to download DGX OS 6.

However, I am unable to access the DGX OS 6 image.

For context:

  • This DGX Spark system was purchased individually (not through a corporate enterprise contract).

  • I do not have Enterprise Support Portal access.

  • I do have a university email address.

My questions:

  1. Is DGX OS 6 restricted only to Enterprise Support Portal users?

  2. How can individual or academic users obtain the DGX OS 6 image?

  3. Is there an alternative officially supported method to run ARC-OTA on DGX Spark?

Any clarification would be greatly appreciated.

DGX OS 6.0 is not supported for the DGX Spark / GB10 platform.
