Account Closed – Request for Clarification

Hello,

My NVIDIA Deep Learning Institute account has been closed, but I have only been using it to follow the courses. I am a student and these courses are very important for my education.

I want to highlight that I have not used the account for anything outside of learning purposes. Following CUDA and deep learning courses is a key part of my studies, and this closure negatively affects my learning progress and motivation.

Could you please review my case and let me know if it is possible to reopen my account?
