Account NIM credits have been blocked

I don’t know why but my personal account has 0 credits for NIM and I certainly did not use them all! My account is arux.tada@gmail.com

Hi, i seem to have the same issue with ‘0 credits’ now populating. I haven’t used any personally yet. I also get an error message when attempting to apply for the additional 4,000 credits. If you could ket me know how to proceed would be much obloged.
