just wondering if there is a guide to install a micro sd module for additional storage,
i have found some instruction for using such devices in Raspberry pi devices but have found no information for the Jetson Nano.
the device in particular I have on hand is a micro sd card adapter with a pin out labeled as
CS,SCK,MOSI,MISO,VCC and GND.

Why not just using a larger size sdcard with the original sdcard slot?
There is no such case before. I am not sure what interface does your sdcard slot want to use here.
