Adding New Knowledge to LLMs - Interactive Environment wont load

Dear support,

I recently encountered a problem.

Problem: Interactive environment stuck on loading / Load Error.

Troubleshooting done: I have already tried:

Hard Refresh & Clearing Cache.

Using Incognito/Private Mode.

Clicking "Stop Task" and "Start Task" multiple times.

Testing on a different network (Mobile Hotspot) to rule out firewall issues.

Unfortunately nothing helped
