Adding ROS-humble package to L4T 36.3

We are using L4T 36.3. We need to add ROS-humble package to the rootfs. For this we have added the ROS-humble packages to nvubuntu-jammy-desktop-aarch64-packages file and started rootfs build using nv_build_samplefs.sh shell script. But we are facing the following error while getting the ROS-package.

E: Unable to locate package ros-humble-xacro
E: Unable to locate package ros-humble-pcl-ros
E: Unable to locate package ros-humble-cv-bridge
E: Unable to locate package ros-humble-rqt*

Can you guide on this.
