After 537.58 drive , Block win 11 wake up from hibernate

i used hardware GTX970 and System is Win11 22H2,when i updated drive to after 537.58 till the 546.01 ,it will block wake up from hibernate,the system log says Windows cannot resume from hibernation,The error status is 0xC0000001.when i rollback to 537.58.it will works
