Is it possible to convert a 400G DR4 to four 100G DR1s using a breakout cable, connect an optical module + MCX623106AN-CDAT to each 100G DR1, and communicate with the opposing 400G DR4?

A 400G DR4 port + appropriate breakout support on the switch/router and
A proper 400G DR4 transceiver that breaks out to 4×100GBASE‑DR1 and
Standard *breakout fiber + matching 100 G DR1 optics,
then each of the 4×100G lanes can connect to a 100G port on the MCX623106AN‑CDAT and those links will communicate.
❌ If the 400G side cannot actually send four independent 100G lanes (e.g., it’s fixed to 400G only), then the MCX623106AN‑CDAT cannot link to it, because it doesn’t understand a 400 G signal.
