After installing jetson multimedia api, xavier nx monitor does not appear

Hello,

After installing jetson multimedia api, xavier nx monitor does not appear.
When checking with the console, the following message appears.
I am using the xavier nx production module (emmc).
The jetpack version I am using is 4.3.

Do you install the package through SDKManager or sudo apt-get install command?
