After patching RT-Kernel Jetson AGX can´t shut down

Hallo,
i patched a RT-Kernel on my Nvidia Jetson AGX Xavier.
It looks everything works but if i try to shut down my xavier the operating system goes down quite normal.
But the LED in the front stays on.
Are thre any issues on the RT-Kernel?

Does that LED stays on without RT patch?

1. Could you try to remove the HDMI cable during shutdown.
2. Change the cpu governor to userspace to try.

I am facing the same issue on Jetson AGX Xavier board. I installed the RT Linux on the Xavier board and it seems everything works fine. But when I shut down the system, the LED continues to glow. I have to press the shutdown button for 10 seconds in order to shut the system.

Issue with shutdown on NVIDIA Jetson AGX after installing RT-Linux

Hi everyone, I am facing a strange issue where after installing the RT-Linux using JetPack 4.4 on NVIDIA AGX Xavier, the board does not shutdown(LED remains glowing) even after shutting it down using desktop application. I have to hard press the shutdown button for 10 sec on development kit to switch off the board. This issue is not observed when I installed the JetPack 4.4 without RT-Linux patch applied. I applied the RT kernel patch available in the kernel script folder.
