AGX CAN start up issues

Hi.
When I enable can0 and can1 in AGX, I get different behavior of the two cans.
Can0 gets low level. Can1 gets high level when starts up AGX. Why?
How to set both high levels?

Is it ok now?

By the way, I have changed the cfg file to pull up anotht can . It worked now.

However, It still has 450ms of the low level in can out pins for both cab gpio.

Is it a way to set high level of the gpio, once it starts up at the 0ms.
