AGX Orin Developer Kit USBs not working

Hi, I’ve got a Developer kit and recently all the USB Type-A ports and one USB Type-C port have stopped working entirely. I can’t power any peripherals or transfer data over the ports. Could I please get some help with debugging what the issue is?

Could your AGX Orin devkit boot up successfully?
What’s your Jetpack version in use?

Is there any serial console log output from micro-USB port of the devkit?
