AGX Orin Developer Kit USBs not working

Hi, I’ve got a Developer kit and recently all the USB Type-A ports and one USB Type-C port have stopped working entirely. I can’t power any peripherals or transfer data over the ports. Could I please get some help with debugging what the issue is?

Which JetPack SW?
Can deviced be reflashing with SDK manager?

You can try to dump serial console log.
