AGX Orin RGMII using RTL8211 failed on R36.3.0

We use agx orin on my custom board. Use RTL8211 rgmii interface. It kernel panic on r36.3.0. But it work fine on r35.5.0 and r35.3.1
I refer “Jetson AGX Orin Platform Adaptation and Bring-Up — NVIDIA Jetson Linux Developer Guide 1 documentation” to modify device tree and “Kernel Customization — NVIDIA Jetson Linux Developer Guide 1 documentation” to build kernel.
I disable 10Gb/s mac and enable 1Gb/s mac. The file “r36_3_0_flash_01.txt” is flashing then reboot console.

Did you create the driver for the RTL8211?
